Joining the Hidden Hills Neighborhood Association for just $30 per year offers several benefits that enhance both the quality of life and the overall sense of community in the neighborhood:
1. Is there an HOA? Hidden Hills does not have a Homeowners Association but we DO have a Neighborhood Association, which consists of a board that follows our bylaws and municipal rules. 
 2. Are there annual dues? We do request $30/year for dues which is optional but highly encouraged.
 3. What do the dues cover?
<ul>
<li>Neighborhood entrances at both Cascade Rd and 36th St which includes landscaping and sign maintenance</li>
<li>Neighborhood events: Easter Egg hunt, Summer Block Party, Dumpster Day and more</li>
<li>Neighborhood watch ensuring street lights are maintained and our neighborhood is safe</li>
</ul>
 4. Which school district is Hidden Hills in? Forest Hills Central; Pine Ridge elementary (right in our neighborhood!)

The association works to maintain the quality and safety of the neighborhood, advocating for common interests like road maintenance, park upkeep, and security. It also promotes a friendly environment, encouraging residents to engage with one another and take pride in the area’s natural beauty.
