Neighborhood Committee Roles
President
The Neighborhood Association President serves as the leader and representative of the community, working to enhance neighborhood engagement, advocate for residents' interests, and oversee association initiatives.

Vice President
The Neighborhood Association Vice President supports the President in leading the association and serves as a key figure in advancing community initiatives.

Treasurer
The Neighborhood Association Treasurer is responsible for managing the association’s finances, ensuring transparency, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Secretary
The Neighborhood Association Secretary is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the smooth operation of meetings and association activities.

Welcome Committee
Their role is to welcome new neighbors to our neighborhood with a plant and a neighborhood directory.
Answer any questions they have on the neighborhood and our wonderful community.

Event Committee
Is responsible for planning the annual Neighborhood events. In the past these included the Easter egg hunt, Yard Sale, Dumpster Day, Annua Block Party, Trick-or-treat, etc.

Beautification Committee
The role of this committee is to maintain our entrances. The signs, plantings and overall landscaping is coordinated by this committee as well as the lights and decorations during the holiday season.

Neighborhood Watch Committee
Stays connected to our police department and relays any information to our neighborhood on concerns in our area. They work with the neighbors to report any vandalism to the authorities.
